Reigle, 81, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Patricia A. Reigle with whom he celebrated 14 years of marriage on October 12, 2010. Born in Lebanon, on August 29, 1929, he was the son of the late Raymond M. and Anna Payne Reigle. He attended Lebanon Catholic High School with the class of 1948 and was a U.S. Navy veteran who played football for their Pacific Fleet. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he began employment at Stager's Body Shop, and discovered he had a talent for upholstery work. He started upholstering furniture at night in a little shop at the end of his yard. In 1960, with the help of his wife Margy, he started his own business, Reigle's Auto Upholstery (which is still in operation today, and managed by his nephew, Michael). He was known for his fine craftsmanship, and beautifully restored interiors of many antique and classic cars from across the country. He was also a well known musician and performed for many years with Frank DiNunzio's Orchestra as their drummer, singer, and all around entertainer. Through the years, his beautiful tenor voice was heard at many local weddings. He had been an active member of the Lebanon Community Theatre, and enjoyed performing in their productions. He enjoyed and loved his family and family gatherings, as well as hunting, fishing, golf, and traveling, especially to Las Vegas. He was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Annville, and in earlier years, was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Pegasus Travel Club, the Elks, Rescue Hose Co. No. 4, and the Lebanon Country Club. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Christine E., wife of Jerry Kalinoski of Lebanon, and Bridget A., wife of James Nottage of Fredericksburg; grandchildren, Nicholas, Jennifer, Casey, Kellie, and David; great-grandchildren, Bryson and Nevaeh; a sister, Marguerite ''Peg'' Aurentz of Lebanon; stepdaughters, Lynda, wife of Jamie Pierce of Virginia Beach, Va., and Lori Gerber of Palmyra; stepgrandchildren, Harrison, Savannah, Kami, and Kyle; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margy; son, Dave; grandson, Patrick; sister, Doris Arnold; and brother. Patrick Reigle. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, March 28, at 10 a.m. from St. Paul the Apostle Church, 125 S. Spruce St., Annville 17003. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing hours will be held Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon 17042, and Monday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church.
