  PALMYRA Joyce A. Rhine, 60, died Friday, January 14, 2011, at her home. Born 
  April 21, 1950, in Martinsburg, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Dale and 
  Peggy (Weatherholtz) Collins. She was employed by Boyo Transportation, Palmyra, 
  and was a member of the Foster Parents Association of Lebanon County. Surviving 
  are her husband, Harry M. "Lucky" Rhine, Jr.; children, Randi L. Rhine of 
  Palmyra, Jason M. Rhine of Scranton, Kristen L. Rhine of Palmyra, Tabitha Trite 
  of Harrisburg, and Sierra Hudson of Palmyra; siblings, Pete L. Collins of 
  Jonestown, Douglas E. Collins of Sheridan, Wyo., Sharon K. Cassel of Palmyra, 
  Debra J. Harman of Hummelstown, and Kathy D. Diamond of Cheyenne, Wyo.; and 
  grandchildren, Braeden J. Rhine, Andrew J. Trite, and Noah T. Trite. A memorial 
  service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 16, 2011, at Buse Funeral Home, 145 
  N. Grant St., Palmyra, preceded by a visitation from 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, 
  contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
