  Clarence H. Richards 
   
  ROBESONIA Clarence H. Richards, 78, died Saturday, November 19, 2011, at the 
  Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Catharine G. 
  (Kochel) Richards, to whom he was married 49 years on April 21. Born in 
  Myerstown, on February 11, 1933, he was the son of the late Clarence L. and 
  Grace K. (Fullmer) Richards. A 1951 graduate of Myerstown High School, he 
  served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked a sales route 
  for Harding's Bakery, Bowmansville, delivering baked goods and was later 
  employed as a custodian by the Conrad Weiser School District retiring in 1996. 
  He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wernersville, where he served on 
  the music and worship committee, was past Sunday School superintendent, served 
  on church council, sang in the choir, and was church sexton for 37 years 
  retiring in 2001. A member of the Robesonia Fire Co., he served as past 
  president of the Beneficial Committee, trustee, and fire police captain. In 
  addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Laura Ann wife of Dennis R. 
  Moyer of Womelsdorf; and grandchildren, Nicholas K., Nathan O., and Cassandra 
  G. Moyer, all of Womelsdorf. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. 
  from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Viewing will be at 
  10 a.m. Interment at Tulpehocken U.C.C. Cemetery, Richland.
