  LAHAINA, HI Jodi Lynn Ruiz, 46, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011, in Lebanon. 
  She was the wife of the late Stephene Ruiz. Jodi was born in Lebanon, on July 
  9, 1964. She was the daughter of the late Robert Z. Marinkov of Fredericksburg, 
  and Martha K. Shelly of Forest, Va. In addition to her mother, she is survived 
  by a daughter, Tamara Rank of Lebanon; a sister, Cindy Marinkov of Lebanon; 
  three brothers, David Marinkov of Jonestown, Donald Marinkov of Lynch Station, 
  Va., and Robert Marinkov of Lebanon; and a life long friend, Marion Kupp-
  Edwards. Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family. In lieu 
  of flowers, please send donations to the Good Samaritan Hospital Hospice.
