  Vera R. Sattazahn 
  
  FREDERICKSBURG Vera R. Sattazahn, 74, passed away on Monday, August, 1, 2011 
  at her home. She was the wife of Walter J. Sattazahn and on February 12th, 
  they celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary. Born in Berlin, Germany, on 
  September 19, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Ewald and Elizabeth 
  Weber. She retired from Penn Field farms in 2005 where she had worked in 
  Quality Control. Vera was a member of the FMCA (Family Motor Coach Association 
  and its Penn Coachman Chapter). She enjoyed cooking, baking, crafts, 
  crocheting and was the founder and organizer of the NLHS Band Christmas 
  Bazaar. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Walter M. 
  husband of Cindy Sattazahn, Sr. of Jonestown, Gregory S. husband of Karen 
  Sattazahn of Myerstown and Randall L. Sattazahn of Fredericksburg; daughter, 
  Charmain C. wife of Gary Wenger of Bethel; grandchildren, Walter Sattazahn 
  Jr., Keith Sattazahn, Derek Sattazahn and Colten Wenger. Funeral services will 
  be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 
  72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. Viewing will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. 
  and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Interment 
  will be at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
