  Martin D. Schneck 
  
  LEBANON Martin David Schneck, 80 passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 in the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. Born on December 30, 1930, in Pine Grove, he was a 
  son of the late Gordon and Amanda Glore Schneck. Martin was employed at 
  Industrial Casting in Myerstown. He also worked as a coal miner. He was a past 
  fire chief for the Glenn Lebanon Fire Co. and was a member of the Mannecor 
  Club. He was preceded in death by son, Martin, Jr.; a grandson, Robert Jr.; two 
  great-grandchildren, Patrick and Trystn; and brothers, Harvey, Earl, Glenn, 
  Stanley and Allen. Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Joyce E. Lake Schneck of 
  Lebanon; three sons, Robert of Fredericksburg, Richard, husband of Raeanna and 
  David, both of Lebanon; three daughters, Emma, wife of Richard Durden of St. 
  Pauls, N.C., Donna, wife of John Stoner, Jr. and Lorraine, wife of Darrin 
  Englehart, both of Lebanon; 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; two 
  brothers, Lester Schneck of Jonestown and Russell Schneck of Lebanon; a sister, 
  Grace Umbenhauer of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 
  will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 2 p.m. from the H. L. Snyder Funeral 
  Home, Inc., Pine Grove, with Rev. Ronald D. Miller officiating. There will be a 
  viewing on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of service at the Funeral Home. 
  Interment will follow in the Hetzel's Cemetery, Hetzel's Church Rd., Pine 
  Grove.
