  Robert Shindel Jr. 
  
  LEBANON Robert "Bobby" Shindel, Jr., 59, died Monday, February 14, 2011, at the 
  Harrisburg Hospital. Born in Annville, on September 17, 1951, he was the son of 
  Robert, Sr. and Helen DiAngelis Shindel of Jonestown. Robert was a U.S. Army 
  veteran, serving in Vietnam from August of 1969 to February of 1972. He worked 
  at Butler Manufacturing and enjoyed volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. 
  Bobby loved fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends. 
  Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two brothers, John R. Shindel and 
  wife, Evelyn of Annville, and Lewis Shindel and wife, Michelle of Jonestown; 
  two sisters, Annette, wife of Ronald Hitz of Annville, and Cynthia Huss of 
  Downingtown; nephew, Patrick Hitz; niece, Brandy Hitz; great-nephew, Dominick 
  Hitz; and great-nieces, Alyssa and Danielle Clark. Funeral services will be 
  held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at the Kreamer Funeral Home & 
  Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment with full military honors will 
  be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Viewing will be from 10:30 to 11:30 
  a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
