  Clara Simmonds 
   
  GREENFIELD, MA Clara Hylton Simmonds, formerly of Baltimore, Md., died Sunday, 
  March 20, 2011 at Buckley Health Center, Greenfield, Mass. She was the wife of 
  the late Virgil E. Simmonds Born in Willis, Va., on February 28, 1920, Clara 
  was the daughter of Zena and Ethelbert E. Hylton. Clara is survived by her two 
  sons, Dale Simmonds of Mineral, Va., and Tim Simmonds of Shelburne, Mass.; 
  daughters, Bonnie S. Landes of Palmyra and Linda Huber of Chesterfield, Mo.; 
  her sister, Sue Hylton; brothers, Virgil Hylton, Dale Hylton, and Claude 
  Hylton; and nine grandchildren, Matthew and Kendra Landes, Christopher and 
  Johnny Simmonds, Colin and Timothy Huber, and Brandie, Amy, and Jeffrey 
  Simmonds. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at 
  Buckley Health Center, where Clara was a resident for the past two years. 
  Arrangements are being handled by the Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home, Greenfield, 
  Mass.
