  Linda E. Smeltzer 
  
  FOLSOM Linda E. Smeltzer, 61, a longtime resident of Folsom passed away 
  peacefully on August 19, 2011, at home. A 1968 graduate of Ridley High School, 
  she went on to further her education at Kutztown University graduating in 1972 
  with a BS in Education and in 1974 with her masters. Linda retired after 26 
  from the Delaware County Intermediate Unit as a Special Education Teacher. She 
  was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Springfield and a former 
  member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Folcroft. Predeceased by her parents 
  William and Dorothy Smeltzer, she was the Loving Sister of Donna (Duane) Stout 
  of Michigan and William W. (Nancy) Smeltzer of Myerstown, Loving Aunt of 
  Christine Frederick, Gary Bruce, William G. Smeltzer and Carrie M. Boyer and 
  also survived by 10 great-nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be 12 noon 
  Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, corner of Glen and Folcroft Ave. 
  Folcroft, PA 19032.The viewing will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday at the 
  church. Burial will be held privately at Schuylkill Memorial Park at the 
  convenience of the family.
