  MYERSTOWN Annetta "Toddy" Smith, 84, died unexpectedly on Friday, November 4, 
  2011, at her residence. Born in Jackson Twp., on September 1, 1927, she was 
  the daughter of the late John and Annie (Hollinger) Smith. She was employed as 
  a gripper at the Walter Moyer Co., Ephrata, for 40 years until her retirement. 
  An avid card player, she was a lifetime member of Richland American Legion 
  Post 880, was active with the Senior Citizens Leisure Hours Club of 
  Brickerville, the Bethel Fire Co. social club, and numerous other social 
  clubs. She is survived by daughter, Pat wife of Ron Busser of Ephrata; son, 
  Richard husband of Renee Smith of Stevens; four grandchildren, three great-
  grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 
  companion, Roy Edwards and seven siblings. Funeral services will be held 
  Thursday at 2 p.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. 
  There will be no viewing. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time 
  of the service. Interment at the Brickerville United Lutheran Cemetery, 
  Lititz. Friends and family are also invited to a celebration of Toddy's life 
  on Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Richland American Legion Post 880, 8 W. 
  New St., Richland.
