  Robert L. Smith Sr. 
   
  LEBANON Robert Lee "Smitty" Smith, Sr., 74, died on Wednesday, October 12, 
  2011, at home. He was born on Wednesday, March 17, 1937, to the late Frederick 
  Edward Smith and Rita Veronica Smith nee Roof in Lebanon. He was a member of 
  Moravian Church, Lebanon. Robert retired from Hershey Chocolate, enjoyed 
  karoke, and spending time with his family. He spent the last six years with 
  his best friend and granddaughter, Macy Mulholland. Surviving are wife, Joan 
  M. Smith nee Cabana of Lebanon; daughter, Lynn M., spouse of Christopher 
  Mulholland of Lebanon; son, Robert L., Jr., spouse of Barbara Smith of 
  Lebanon; daughter, Joni Reigle of Maryland; son, David F. Smith of Lebanon; 
  nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and sister, Janet Sequinot of 
  Lebanon. He was preceded in death by brothers, Fred Smith and Larry Smith. 
  Viewing will be on Monday, October 17, 2011, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Christman's 
  Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on 
  Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. A private memorial service will be held 
  Tuesday. Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve the family with 
  the arrangements.
