  Shirley E. Smith 
  
  MYERSTOWN Shirley E. Smith, 68, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at her 
  residence. She was the wife of Wayne G. Smith. Shirley was born in Roanoke, 
  Va., on October 15, 1942. She enjoyed cooking, crafts, carving roosters, and 
  spending time with her family. In addition to her husband, she is survived by 
  five children, Brian Smith, Craig, husband of Tammy Smith, Lisa Smith, Melissa, 
  wife of Michael Stites, and Vincent Smith; six grandchildren, Mark, Adam, 
  Michelle, Zack, Aaron, and Shawn; three brothers, Joe, Frank, and Calvin Kirby; 
  three sisters, Linda, Judy, and Debbie; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral 
  arrangements are at the convenience of the family. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 
  is in charge of the arrangements.
