  LEBANON Ruth Esther Snyder, 71, died Sunday May 29, 2011, in Cedar Haven. She 
  was born in Lebanon, on December 21, 1939, a daughter of the late Irwin F. and 
  Rebecca E. Bean Kline. She was a member of Sand Hill ECCU Church, Lebanon, 
  where she played the piano for many years. She enjoyed singing and she played 
  and sang with many church and music groups over the years. She was an active 
  participant with the PA Association for the Blind. She is survived by sons, 
  Alan C. and wife, Victoria Snyder of Lebanon, and Jack L., Jr. and wife, 
  Sunshine Snyder of Lebanon; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; 
  sisters, Rhoda K. Lauver-Rider, wife of Fred Rider, and Reba E., wife of Bill 
  A. Kintzel; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, 
  Rachel E. Swartz. Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the Bunker Hill 
  E.C. Church, 2030 Rt. 72 N., Lebanon 17046. Viewing will be Thursday from 6 to 
  8 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, and Friday 
  from 10 a.m. to the time of service at the church. Interment will be made in 
  the adjoining church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to 
  the American Heart Association or to the PA Association for the Blind.
