M. shabodeho@aol.com November 29, 2011, 8:54 pm Published in Lebanon Daily News on November 26, 2011 Vicki Lynn Spike LEBANON Vicki Lynn Spike, 52, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011, at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. She was the wife of Robert Spike. Born in Lebanon, on October 4, 1959, Vicki was a daughter of Ronald and June (Coleman) Long of Lebanon. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and worked as a Rural Mail Carrier at the Annville Post Office for 20 years. Vicki was the owner of Spike Karate & Fitness, where she held a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and had her own scholarship fund that allowed underprivileged children to succeed in karate. She was a member of the Lebanon Valley Motorcycle Club and Maennerchor Club. Vicki enjoyed crocheting, extreme couponing, Zumba, riding motorcycle, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents, are five children, Dennis Jr., husband of Lisa Eisenhauer, Chasity, wife of Brian Fly, April, wife of Jeff Sherk, Andrew Spike, and Kimberly Spike; five grandchildren, Bryce, Daniel, Mia, Jonathan, and Mikayla; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service Monday 3 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon 17042. Visitation from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
