  Herbert A. Strohman Jr. 
  
  PALMYRA Herbert A. Strohman Jr., 74, passed away in the Good Samaritan 
  Hospital on Friday, October 21, 2011. He was born in Lebanon on July 3rd, 
  1937, a son of the late Herbert A. Sr. and Kathryn Whitman Strohman. Mr. 
  Strohman was employed by ALCOA where he retired after 30 years of service. He 
  was a member of the United Steelworkers of America/ Local 3269, Lebanon. He 
  enjoyed his family and going to watch his grandchildren's sporting events. 
  Surviving are his children, Lisa, wife of Tom Tanner of Jonestown; Marcia 
  Ditzler of Lebanon and Eric, husband of Tracy Strohman of Reading; 
  grandchildren, Steven and Benjamin Tanner; Timothy Ditzler: Alexandra and 
  Jonathan Strohman; great-granddaughter, Madison Feather; sister, Betty 
  Chadwick of Westminster, Md.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded 
  in death by his parents and a sister, Dorothy Stophel. Funeral Services will 
  be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc., 508 
  Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA., 17042 with Rev. Dr. Roger A. Bucy, pastor of 
  visitation for Salem Lutheran Church, Lebanon, officiating. A visitation will 
  be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in the 
  Fairview cemetery, Lebanon.
