  Mabel A. Stumpf 
  
  LEBANON Mabel A. Stumpf, 68, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011, at Cedar 
  Haven Nursing Home. She was the widow of William F. Stumpf, Sr. Mabel was born 
  in Lebanon on August 11, 1943, to the late Marion (Houtz) and Rufus C. Clay. 
  Keeping in touch with family was important to Mabel. Daily phone calls from 
  her were not out of the ordinary and will be missed by the family she loved. 
  In her later years, Mabel was lovingly cared for by two family members, Tammy 
  Allwein and Judith Ream, to whom she will be forever grateful. She is survived 
  by a son, William F. Stumpf, Jr., of Lebanon; a sister, Dolores J., wife of 
  Joseph Gettle, of Lebanon; a brother, Gary Rufus L. Clay, of Mechanicsburg; a 
  niece, Sharon Kauffman; and several other nieces and nephews. Mabel was 
  predeceased by an infant daughter, Sherri Lynn. Funeral Mass on Monday, 
  October 24, 2011, at 11 a.m. from The Church of St. Cecilia, 202 E. Lehman St. 
  Lebanon 17046. Interment will be in St. Gertrude's Cemetery. Visitation will 
  be Monday morning 10 to 11 at the church. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is 
  entrusted with the arrangements.
