  ANNVILLE John W. Tittle, Sr., 86, a lifelong resident of Annville died Tuesday, 
  February 15, 2011, in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Mary 
  Huey Tittle, who died in 1992. Born in Annville on November 8, 1924, she was 
  the son of the late Victor and Elizabeth Bedleyun Tittle. He was a retired 
  machinist from TRW, Harrisburg and a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII. John was a 1942 
  graduate of Annville High School; a member of Christ Church United Church of 
  Christ, Annville; a lifetime member of the Annville V.F.W.; the Annville 
  American Legion; and the Lebanon Navy Club. He was one of the organizers of the 
  Annville baseball, football, and basketball Little Leagues and also coached 
  Annville American Legion Baseball. Surviving are three daughters, Linda wife of 
  Robert Beamesderfer of Annville, Judy Tobias of Annville, and Joanne wife of 
  James Pyles of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-
  great-grandchildren; a sister, Joanne Lehr of Columbus, N.C.; a daughter-in-
  law, Nancy Brightbill of Lebanon; and a long time friend, Robert Barb of 
  Annville. He was preceded in death by a son, John W. Tittle, Jr.; two brothers, 
  Warren and Leroy Tittle; and a sister, Esther Kreiser. Funeral services will be 
  held on Monday, February 21, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home 
  and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be with Military 
  Honors in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Sunday 
  evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
