  PALMYRA Todd A. Turner, 43, passed away Monday, April 11, 2011, in the M.S. 
  Hershey Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born Friday, 
  March 22, 1968, in Pottsville. Todd was a graduate of Lebanon High School and a 
  former employee of UPS in their logistics department. He enjoyed playing 
  softball, basketball, and golf, and was an avid Lakers and Steelers fan. Being 
  a devoted husband and father, Todd's main focus in life was his loving wife and 
  son. He especially enjoyed and faithfully watched his son play baseball. 
  Surviving are his wife, Christine M. (Hivner) Turner; son, Nathan Turner at 
  home; father, Edward Turner of Pine Grove; mother and stepfather, Barbara 
  (Witmer) Snyder and husband, Kenneth of Pine Grove; brothers, Dwayne, Jason, 
  and Edward Turner, and Kenneth Witmer; sisters, Allison Ney, Michele Turner, 
  Brenda Turner, Diane Snyder, and Denise Wolfe; maternal grandmother, 
  Alberta "Mem" Witmer; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his 
  golden retrievers, Abby, Cody, and Bailey. He was preceded in death by his 
  maternal grandfather, Lyman Witmer; paternal grandmother, Ruth Turner; and 
  stepmother, Nancy Turner. Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Hoover 
  Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Route 422 and Lucy Ave., Hershey. Visitation 
  will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the convenience of 
  the family. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be 
  made to Gift of Life Family House, 401 N. 3rd St., Philadelphia, PA 19123.
