  LEBANON Nancy E. Walls, 86, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011, at Cedar Haven 
  Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Edward J. Walls, Jr. Nancy was born 
  in Lebanon, on July 16, 1924. She was a daughter of the late John R. and Mary 
  L. (Allwein) Embich. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Lebanon. Nancy 
  worked as a bank teller for the former Peoples National Bank and worked at 
  various VA Medical Centers before retiring from the Lebanon VA Medical Center 
  in 1984. She enjoyed traveling. She is survived by two sisters, Mary E. 
  Fleischer of Lebanon and Patricia Barry of Lebanon; one brother, Dr. John A. 
  Embich of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death 
  by one brother, Richard K. Embich. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's 
  Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon 17046. Interment at Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church.  Thompson 
  Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
