M. shabodeho@aol.com September 10, 2011, 3:55 pm Published in Lebanon Daily News on September 6, 2011 Anthony Weise Jr. MYERSTOWN Anthony Weise, Jr., 71, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011, at his residence. He was the husband of Hattie Helen "Sue" (Wolf) Weise. They would have celebrated 45 years of marriage on January 28, 2012. He was born in Patterson, N.J., to the late Anthony and Ethel Weise, Sr. He was a 1961 graduate of Bethel High School, after which he served two years in the Army with an additional four years in the reserves. As a youth he worked with his father in carpentry. His other employments included Auman Machine Shop, the Lebanon Steel Foundry, Automatic Farm Systems, and Conrad Enterprises. He last attended Schubert Mennonite Church. His hobbies included woodworking, hunting, and being with the family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four daughters and their husbands, Lana Marinkov, wife of James of Bernville, Lora Musser, wife of Dennis of Schuylkill Haven, Lila Burkholder, wife of David of Bethel, and Lena Allen, wife of Randy of Myerstown. Also surviving are four grandsons and 11 granddaughters. He is survived by brothers, George C . Weise, husband of Shirley (Miller) of California, Harold A. Weise, husband of Mae (Neidig) of Lebanon, and Harry C. Weise, husband of Darlene (Whitman) of Bethel; sisters, Barbara, wife of Monroe J. Bender, Jr. of Utah, Elsie of Lebanon, and Dorothy, wife of Harold Seibert of Hummelstown; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. Viewing will be Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, E. Hanover Twp.
