Wily, 95, passed away September 14, 2011 at 5 p.m. at StoneRidge Village-Poplar Run, Myerstown, under the loving care of her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother and wife to Lloyd H. Wily who passed away April 28, 2001 and together celebrated 67 years of marriage. Born in Hebron, Lebanon County, she was the daughter of the late Clark and Elva (Bollinger) Wolfe and stepmother Hattie Mentzer Wolfe. Survivors include a son, Jack L. Wily husband of Russeline Wily of Muhlenberg Twp. and two daughters, Joyce A. (Wily) Hutchison wife of George Hutchison of Newmanstown and Kathleen W. (Wily) Bealer wife of Kenneth Bealer of Lancaster. There are six granchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother Lloyd Wolfe. Other survivors include two sisters-in-law, Edith Wily Kehr of Shoemakersville and Helen Wily Miller of West Lawn; and an Aunt Rhoda Sheetz of Lebanon. Mrs. Wily was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Reading and also attended New Beginnings, Grace Brethren at StoneRidge Village. Mildred was a homemaker who also loved crocheting, knitting and needle point. She volunteered many years with her husband for Child Evangelism and Christian Women's Club of Reading and Berks County until her retirement at StoneRidge Village. A viewing will be held Sunday, September 18, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bean Funeral Homes, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Stone Ridge Village, Myerstown with Rev. Dan Jackson officiating. Bean Funeral Homes, Sinking Spring is in charge of arrangements.
