  LEBANON Shirley A. Yordy, 65, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011, at her 
  home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Earl M. Yordy, Sr., 
  and on July 13, 2011, they celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. Born in 
  Lebanon Co., on August 2, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Isaac and 
  Sadie Schaeffer Beamesderfer. She was a member of the Victory Lighthouse in 
  Lickdale and loved watching her birds, working in her flower garden, and 
  especially cooking and baking for her family. In addition to her husband, she 
  is survived by her sons, Ronald E. Yordy of Jonestown, and Earl M., Jr. and 
  his wife, Soodchai Yordy of Fredericksburg; daughters, Mary E. Yordy, 
  companion of James Johnson, Lori A. Tarhouni, and Bobbi S., wife of Robert 
  Shaffer, II, all of Lebanon; brother, Mark Beamesderfer of Lebanon; 12 
  grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on 
  Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and 
  Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service. 
  Interment will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg.
