(Ishler) Pavone Alleman, 91, of Columbia Cottage, Palmyra, and formerly of Hummelstown and Hershey, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2012, in the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. Born in Hummelstown, on May 15, 1921, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Mary E. Klugh Ishler. Mae was a 1938 graduate of the former Hummelstown High School. She retired from the Hershey Chocolate Factory. She was a member of Fishburn United Methodist Church, Hershey. She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, Anthony Pavone, and Warren Alleman; and a brother, Frank Ishler. Mae is survived by three daughters, Jacqueline, wife of George Purvis, of Wayne, Janice Hamilton of Hummelstown, and Anne Pavone of Norristown; three grandchildren, Lisa Stewart- Miller, wife of Patrick Miller of Annville, Anthony Stewart of Lebanon, and Jason Stewart of Hershey; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 W. Main St., Hummelstown, with Rev. John H. Kratz, pastor of Fishburn United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in the Hershey Cemetery. Friends are invited to greet the family in the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Molly's Place Animal Rescue, Mechanicsburg, Pa.; or the American Heart Association , Wormleysburg, Pa.
