    ONO Edna W. Barr, 87, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Cornwall 
    Manor. She was the wife of Rev. David M. Barr, and on September 23rd, they 
    would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary. Born on September 22, 
    1924, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Jenny Bohn Wentling. Edna 
    served in the ministry with her husband and for the last 7 years they served 
    Faith Community Church in McAllisterville. She was a member of the Ono United 
    Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, 
    Richard D. Barr and his wife, Krystal of Jonestown; daughters, Sharon L. wife, 
    of William Haeuser of Lake City, Minn., Janice M. wife of Glenn Ulrich of Ono 
    and Anita R. Barr of Ono; brothers Paul Wentling of Fredericksbrug and George 
    Wentling of Lancaster; sisters Erma Herr of Palmyra and Margaret Miller of 
    McGillstown; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded 
    in death by her brothers Eugene, Howard and Russell Wentling. Funeral services 
    will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at the Ono United 
    Methodist Church. Viewing will be Sunday evening from 4 to 6 p.m. at the 
    Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown, 
    and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Interment will be at 
    the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
