  HERSHEY Ada R. Bashore, 85, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, in the 
  Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra. She was born in Rexmont, a daughter of 
  the late Monroe and Mary (Gibble) Longenecker. Mrs. Bashore was a retired 
  beautician & a former Milton Hershey School houseparent. She was a member of 
  the Springcreek Church of the Brethren in Hershey. Surviving are her husband 
  Alvin Bashore; two sons, Neil (Karen) Bashore of Naples, Fla., and Bruce 
  Bashore of Harrisburg; a sister, Mary Grace Volgemuth of Manheim; and many 
  friends and former patrons. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 30, 
  2012, at 11 a.m. in her church. The family will receive friends at the church 1 
  hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.  
  Hoover Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., in Hershey is handling the arrangements.
