  CEDAR HAVEN Hazel C. Blauch, 91, formerly of Annville, passed away on Thursday, 
  July 26, 2012, at the home. She was the wife of the late Harold W. Blauch. Born 
  in N. Annville Twp., on March 15, 1921, she was the daughter of the late 
  Charles M. and Annie Mease Tice. For 13 years she had worked for Lebanon Valley 
  College in the Food Service Dept. She had been a member of the Annville 
  American Legion Aux. and the Waterworks Fire Co. Aux. She is survived by her 
  sons, Michael C. Blauch of Palmyra and Anthony J. Blauch and his wife, Victoria 
  of Myerstown; a brother, George Tice of Lebanon; five grandchildren and six 
  great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lana F. Lutz; 
  brothers, Carl and Millard Tice; and sisters, Ethel Pence and Betty and Arlene 
  Tice. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the 
  Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. 
  Viewing will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the N. 
  Bellegrove Cemetery.
