  Phyllis L. Walsh Boland 
   
  LEBANON Phyllis Louesa Walsh Boland, 79, went home to be with her Lord and 
  Savior on Friday, January 27, 2012. Born in 1932, and raised in Owego, N.Y., 
  Phyllis lived prior in Sayre, Carlisle, Hanover, and Bonneauville. For the 
  past decade, Phyllis delighted in her 'late blooming' marriage to George 
  William ("Bill") Boland, enjoying lots of family visits, traveling excursions, 
  projects, and shopping. In addition to her loving husband, Bill, Phyllis is 
  survived by four children, Deborah K. (Westbrook) Herman and her husband, Al 
  of Mechanicsburg, Bradley D. Westbrook and his wife, Ardys Kozbial of San 
  Diego, Calif., Mark E. Westbrook and his partner, Cindy Avnet of Gainesville, 
  Fla., and Larry A. Westbrook and his wife, LuAnne of Decatur, Ill.; 
  stepdaughter, Lori A. (Boland) Spotz and her husband, Danny of Pine Grove; 11 
  grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Phyllis led a very active life over 
  her almost eight decades, serving as an officer in the Pennsylvania Chapter of 
  AMVETS, staying active in her church, and she enjoyed the Red Hat Society 
  until just a few years ago, slowed down only with her dialysis regimen. She 
  has been a patient at Good Samaritan Hospital since early November 2011, 
  finally losing her valiant battle on Friday. She will be dearly missed by her 
  loving husband, family, and circle of friends. A private memorial service will 
  be conducted by Pastor Ron Salem at the St. Stephens United Church of Christ 
  on Saturday, January 28, 2012.
