  PALMYRA Ronald Roy "Ron" Boltz, Sr., 61, passed away peacefully on Thursday, 
  June 28, 2012, at M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He is survived by his loving 
  wife of 38 years, Beverly (Sweinhart) Boltz. He was born Wednesday, June 20, 
  1951, in Lebanon, to the late Roger and Doris (Parnes) Boltz. He served in the 
  U.S. Army and worked for Hershey Foods from 1978 until his disability leave in 
  2000. He was a member of the Amvets Post 93, Jonestown. He collected Matchbox 
  and Hot Wheels cars, HO trains, and enjoyed feeding and photographing local 
  wildlife. Most importantly he was a loving husband and father. In addition to 
  his wife, he is survived by a son, Ronald Roy Boltz, Jr.; a brother, Roger 
  Boltz; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited for 
  viewing on Monday, July 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & 
  Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078. Funeral services will 
  be held at noon Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Martin 
  officiating, with viewing from 11 a.m. until time of the service. Burial with 
  full military honors will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 
  Annville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his honor to the 
  American Cancer Society.
