  LEBANON Russell E. Brandt, 68, died Saturday July 28, 2012, at ManorCare in 
  Lebanon. He was the husband of Mary Ann Tompkins Brandt with whom he would have 
  celebrated his 37th wedding anniversary on August 23, 2012. Born in Lebanon on 
  February 3, 1944, he was the son of the late Samuel H., Sr. and Nellie Mease 
  Brandt. Russell graduated from Lebanon High School and then worked at Wengert's 
  Dairy as a milk bottler for 41 years. He enjoyed golfing. Surviving in addition 
  to his wife are two daughters, Denise wife of Juan Mercado and Melissa Brandt, 
  both of Lebanon; four grandchildren; five brothers, John Brandt, Sr. and wife 
  Ruth, William Brandt and wife Betty, Leroy Brandt and wife Linda, Samuel 
  Brandt, Jr. and wife Mary and Floyd Brandt and wife Barbara; and two sisters, 
  Mary Brill and Linda wife of Larry DiFava. He was preceded in death by a 
  brother, Fritz Brandt. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. 
  from the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory 618 E. Main St. Annville. Interment 
  will be held in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. Viewing will be held prior 
  to the service from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Contributions may be made to the American 
  Cancer Society.
