  Marie E. Bretzius 
   
  ABINGTON Marie E. Bretzius, formerly of Palmyra died Monday April 9, 2012, in 
  the Abington Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Robert C. Bretzius, to 
  whom she was married for 64 years. Born in Rothenburg-Oder, Germany on March 
  16, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Freida Swabe Schmolke. 
  She was a member of Bindagle's Lutheran Church, Palmyra. Surviving, in 
  addition to her husband, are two daughters, Ingrid wife of Dennis Miller of 
  Palmyra and Karla wife of George Ballas of Warrington; a sister, Gertrude 
  Kupke of Konow, Hansdorf, Germany; four grandchildren, Eric husband of Stacey 
  Miller, Alan husband of Laura Miller, Justin husband of Melissa Spahr, Kristen 
  Spahr; and two great-grandchildren, Mason and Marissa Miller. Funeral services 
  will be on Friday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 
  E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. 
  Viewing will be held on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the 
  funeral home.
