  Catherine Bunjevac 
  
  LEBANON Catherine (Katie) Bunjevac, 88, died Saturday, April 28, 2012, at 
  Spring Creek Health & Rehab Center in Harrisburg. Catherine was born in Port 
  Colborne, on November 16, 1923, a daughter of the late Veronica (Sponchich) 
  and Joseph Bunjevac. Catherine worked over 44 years in the garment industry, 
  working the last 25 years at the Everite Knitting Mills for owner Robert 
  FInklestein. Katie gave generously helping those in need, taking them into her 
  heart and home. She could be found Friday nights at the Hebron Bingo Hall or 
  watching the Phillies on TV with her grandson and friends. She was notably 
  known for her dancing and singing and loved polka music. Katie leaves behind a 
  daughter, Yvonne A. Whisenant, of Mechanicsburg, a grandson, Travis Whisenant 
  of Philadelphia; and cousins, Madia Dengler of Lebanon and the Gattuso family 
  of Philadelphia. In addition to her parents, Katie was preceded in death by a 
  sister, Annie, the former housekeeper of St. Mary's Church in Lebanon; and an 
  aunt, Mary Mutavich. She was a devoted member of Church of St. Cecilia in 
  Lebanon. She will be laid to rest in ST. Gertrude's Cemetery close to her 
  other family members. Funeral Mass Wednesday morning 11 a.m. at The Church of 
  St. Cecilia, 202 East Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment at St. 
  Gertrude's Cemetery. Viewing hours Wednesday morning at church from 10 to 11 
  a.m.
