  LEBANON Michael Cikovic, 58, passed away Sunday March 4, 2012, at the Renova 
  Center in Lebanon. He was a son of the late George J. and Annabelle (Hartman) 
  Cikovic. He was born in Lebanon on July 10, 1953. He had the great privilege 
  to be a resident of Renova since its opening in 1975. While he was there some 
  of his favorite things to do was listening to music, especially the oldies 
  from the 50's, and taking walks outside with his caregivers. Surviving are 
  three brothers, Christopher husband of Linda Cikovic of Lebanon, Anthony 
  husband of Donna Cikovic of Myerstown, Timothy husband of Barbara Cikovic of 
  Lebanon; one sister, Ann Blizzard of Annville; many nieces, nephews and his 
  extended family at the Renova Center. His brothers and sister would like to 
  thank the entire staff at Renova, past and present, for all the genuine love 
  and extraordinary care given to Mike during his 37 years at Renova. You are 
  all Angels! We will all miss his big smile and gentle laugh. Rest peacefully 
  in heaven, Mike. We love you! Memorial services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. 
  at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. 126 S. 9th St. Lebanon, 17042. Interment will 
  be on Holy Cross Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday morning 10 to 11 
  a.m. at the funeral home.
