  Theodore H. Clay Sr. 
  
  LEBANON Theodore H. Clay, Sr., 65, of Willow Terrace, passed away Monday, 
  April 16, 2012, at ManorCare Health Services in Dallastown. Born in Lebanon, 
  on August 21, 1946, Theodore was a son of the late Roy and Gladys (Blouch) 
  Clay. He was the former owner of the 11th Street Cafe in Lebanon. He was a 
  member of the Eagles Club, Knights of Columbus, Keystone Gun Club, Liberty 
  Fire Company, and Teamsters. He is survived by two sons, Michael Clay and 
  Theodore H. Clay, Jr. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Adam, Amelia, 
  Arianna, and Josephine; one sister, Carol Yeagley; and several nieces and 
  nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Urban. Remembrance 
  Service will be held on Tuesday, April 24, at 7 p.m. from Thompson Funeral 
  Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening 
  from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
