  Dorothy Mae Day 
   
  LOWER PAXTON TWP. Dorothy Mae Day, 88, of Lower Paxton Twp., passed away 
  Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at Spring Creek Nursing Home. Born June 26, 1923, 
  in Lebanon, she was a daughter of Raymond and Anna (Reddinger) Rudegeair. Mrs. 
  Day was a retired sewing machine operator. She was a member of Holy Name of 
  Jesus Church. Surviving are three children, Beatrice A. (David) Pearce of 
  Boiling Springs, Robert K. (Pamela) Day of Harrisburg, and Thomas R. Day of 
  Etters; a grandson, Gregory R. Day of Derry Twp; two great-grandchildren; and 
  several sisters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 
  husband, Richard K. Day, on May 3, 1996; as well as several brothers and 
  sisters. A blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Febraury 21, 
  2012, at the Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Rd., 
  Harrisburg. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends will be 
  received from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of services.
