Ensminger 80, died Sunday, July 29, 2012, in the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra. He was the husband of Connie Winters Ensminger and they would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in October. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 16, 1931, he was the son of the late Clayton and Katherine Boyer Ensminger. He was a graduate of Annville High School Class of 1951. David was a Korean Conflict veteran serving in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, Annville. He worked as an Insurance agent for Prudential Insurance Company until his retirement. In addition to his wife he is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Earl, Jacob and Victor Ensminger; and six sisters, Margarite Miller, Gladys Dysinger, Grace Parker, Marian Hess, Rose Mease and Ruth Ann Saylor. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory 618 E. Main St. Annville. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to the Salvation Army of Lebanon Pa.
