  LEBANON William H. Fasnacht, 88, of Elmcroft of Lebanon, and formerly of 
  Palmyra, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at Elmcroft. Born March 19, 
  1924, in Annville, he was a son of the late John and Fannie (Liesy) Fasnacht. 
  He retired with 43 years of service from Kinney Shoe Corporation, Palmyra, and 
  was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra, since 1952. A U.S. Army veteran 
  of World War II, he was a Prisoner of War for 55 days. The last of his 
  immediate family, he was preceded in death by siblings, Elizabeth Brehm, 
  Clarence Fasnacht, and Mary Brandt. A graveside service, with military honors 
  will be held 9 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2012, at Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Palm 
  Lutheran Church, Palmyra, Pa.
