Fegely, 71, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012, in the Ephrata Community Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Dale was born in Fleetwood, on May 5, 1940, to the late Irwin and Mary (Heller) Fegely. He is survived by his wife, Joan Rakosky Fegely; daughter, Karen Pang (Charles) of Park City, Utah; stepchildren, Patricia Eyer of Waldwick, N.J., Cynthia Lovelace (Bruce) of Richmond, Va., Carl Eyer (Sandra) of Palmyra, and Michael Eyer of Port Angeles, Wash.; seven stepgrandchildren; and one grandchild. He retired from the Department of Military Affairs, Annville, where he was a Classification Specialist in the National Guard Technician Program. He was a member of the Pennsylvania National Air Guard for 34 years and retired with the rank of Command Sergeant Major. After retiring, he was employed at the Chapel Hill Golf Course as a groundskeeper. He was in various golf leagues at the Chapel Hill Golf Course, was a member of U.S. Bowling Congress for over 25 years, and was involved with model railroading, Services and interment with honors will be held Friday, March 16, at 1:30 p.m. in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. of Hershey is handling arrangements.
