Felty, 85, died Saturday, April 7, 2012, in Cedar Haven Nursing Home, Lebanon. He was the husband of Myrl Deininger Felty, with whom he would have celebrated their 63rd Wedding Anniversary this August. Born in Pine Grove on May 18, 1926, he was the son of the late John H. Felty and the late Eva May Kreiser Felty Posey. He was the founding owner and operator of Albert H. Felty Building Contractor retiring in 1991 and was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. Albert was a member of Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, Annville, Annville Rotary Club, Mt. Olivet Lodge #704 F.& A.M., Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Temple Shrine, and Zembo Mounted Patrol with whom he rode his horse in the Rose Bowl Parade. He also held membership with the Quentin Riding Club, Annville American Legion Post 559, played in the "Boom Bas Band" for 28 years, and was a member and past president of the Lebanon County Builders Association. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, Gary L. husband of Cynthia Felty of Annville, Randy L. husband of Kim Felty of Lebanon, Terry L. husband of Rosemarie Felty of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Brandy Arnold, Mandy Klinger, Christopher and Kimberly Felty; three great-grandchildren Ciara Arnold, Chad Klinger, III, Kyleigh Felty; two brothers, Elvin Felty, Sr. and wife Mary of Port Charlotte, Fla., Leroy Felty and wife Betty of Ft. Myers, Fla.; and a sister, Eleanor wife of Ronald Lerch of New Port Richey, Fla. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:30 a.m. from Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, 710 S. White Oak St., Annville, PA 17003. Interment will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Viewing will be held on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at the Church. Masonic services will be held at 10:15 a.m. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is in charge of arrangements.
