  Charles A. Fields 
   
  MYERSTOWN Charles A. Fields, 76, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012, of 
  natural causes at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. He was the husband 
  of Joan L. (Noecker) Fields. Born in Dauphin County, he was the son of the 
  late Charles W. and Elsie (Bernheisel) Fields. Charles was a member of the 
  V.F.W. in Shellsville, the Keystone Hook & Ladder in Myerstown, and a member 
  of Moose International. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two 
  brothers, Kenneth Fields of Harrisburg and Raymond Fields of Grantville; a 
  niece, Heather Noecker; a nephew, Christopher Noecker; and a great-niece, 
  Miranda Noecker. He was also predeceased by a sister, Ruth Hand. Services and 
  interment will be private. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc., Wernersville, is 
  handling arrangements.
