He was born on Tuesday, September 9, 1924, to Harry Gray, Sr. and Daisy Gray nee Spotts in Washington D.C. He was an active member of Midway Church of the Brethren. He worked as an auto technician and worked at Burt Weber, Lebanon Car & Truck Center and DJ Parr. He was a veteran of the Navy in World War II. He was on the Board of New Covenant School, played golf and loved his country. Surviving are sons, Phillip "Pete" spouse of Julie Gray, Hummelstown, Ronald C. spouse of Faye Gray, Myerstown, Fred A. spouse of Nancy Gray, Lebanon; grandchildren, Hillary Giampietro, Emily Gray, Wade Gray, Marc Gray, Tracey Gray; brother, George A. Gray; sister-in-law, Marie W. Gray; brother-in- law, Merl Craun; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Evelyn Gray nee Craun. Viewing will be on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Midway Church of the Brethren, 13 Evergreen Road, Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at Midway Brethren Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service. Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to serve the family with the arrangements.
