  Pauline M. Haines 
   
  GRANTVILLE Pauline M. "Polly" Haines, 88, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 
  2012, in Columbia Cottage, Palmyra. Born June 14, 1923, in Dauphin County, she 
  was a daughter of the late Harry Seaman and Mary (Care) Lingle. Owner of the 
  former Grantville General Store, she was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran 
  Church, Jonestown and Shellsville VFW Post #9639 Ladies Auxiliary. The widow 
  of Ralph A. Haines on November 4, 2004, she was also preceded in death by 
  sisters Mae Lingle and Mildred Maulfair and brother LeRoy Lingle. Surviving 
  are her children, Dennis E. Haines and Teresa M. Hannaford, both of Palmyra; 
  sister, Alma Paul of Middletown; four grandchildren; and five great-
  grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 23, 
  2012, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 103 E. Market St., Jonestown. 
  Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. There will be 
  no viewing or visitation.
