  MYERSTOWN Dolores M. Hassler, 80, died Monday, September 3, 2012, at StoneRidge 
  Towne Centre, Myerstown. She was the wife of John A. Hassler, who died in 2000. 
  Born in Lebanon, on August 8, 1932, she was the daughter of the late David and 
  Helen (Rhen) Hower. A sewing machine operator at Ocello Knitting Mills, 
  Richland, for 10 years, she was a member of Zion's & St. John's (Reed's ) 
  Lutheran Church in Stouchsburg. She is survived by daughters, Kathy, wife of 
  Earl Faust, Jr. of Myerstown, Deborah, wife of Gregory Bergman of Stouchsburg; 
  sons, Brian Hassler of Robesonia, Vincent Carter of St. Augustine, Florida; 
  five grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Raymond Hower of 
  Lebanon, Robert Hower of Lebanon, James Hower of Myerstown, and Ernest Hower of 
  Lebanon; and half brother, Donald, husband of Sherry Hower of Lebanon. She was 
  preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Collins, who died September 24, 2008; 
  and brothers David Hower, Jr. and Earl Hower. Funeral services will be held 
  Thursday, September 6, 2012, at 2 p.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. 
  Washington Ave., Myerstown, preceded by a viewing at 1 p.m. Interment will be 
  in St. John's (Hain's) Cemetery, Wernersville.   In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Lebanon, PA.
