Haulman, 80, formerly of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Ephrata Manor. She was born in Lebanon County to the late Harry L. and Minnie (Wolfe) Long and was the wife of the late Nevin R. Haulman, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage before his passing in 2003. Betty enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed baking, cooking, taking bus trips with her husband, watching Lifetime and Hallmark movies, and was an avid Steelers fan. Betty is survived by her three children, Barbara, wife of Glen Firestone of Denver, Gary, husband of Carol Haulman of Denver, and Karen, wife of William Alberte of Middlebury Center; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Lillian Stamm of Annville, Charles Long of Lebanon, and Phyllis Kulikowski of Lebanon. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters. There will be no public viewing. A visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m., on Wednesday at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver, followed by funeral services held at 10 a.m., with Pastor Michael Roney officiating. Interment will take place in the Swamp Cemetery. Arrangements by Roseboro Stradling Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Denver.
