  Ruth D. Kauffman 
   
  LEBANON Ruth D. Kauffman, 105, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, in 
  Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon. She was born in Conestoga, Lancaster County, a 
  daughter of the late Clarence D. and Mabel D. Doerstler Herr. Mrs. Kauffman 
  worked for her father at Clarence D. Herr Printing. She was a Jehovah Witness 
  and attended the Kingdom Hall in Wolmelsdorf. Surviving are her son, James L., 
  husband of Marilyn Kauffman of Millsboro, Del.; grandchildren, Michael J., 
  husband of Connie Kauffman of Delaware, Marc J. Kauffman of Lebanon, and 
  Matthew J., husband of Jennifer Kauffman of Lebanon; great-grandchildren, Kyra 
  Kauffman, Kyle and Joshua Kauffman, and Emily Kauffman; sister, Betty Keener 
  of Myerstown; brother, Vernon D. Herr of Schafferstown; and several nieces and 
  nephews. Ruth was preceded in death by brothers, Albert, Harold, and Robert 
  Herr; and sisters, Erma Hartman; Miriam Fish, and Esther Kunder. A funeral 
  service will be held in the Clauser Funeral Home, Inc., 120 N. Carpenter St., 
  Schaefferstown 17088 on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at 10 a.m. A visitation will 
  be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in 
  Schafferstown Cemetery.
