Koser PALMYRA Anna Caslow (Brubaker) Koser, 97, passed away peacefully at Twin Oaks Nursing Home on Monday, March 12, 2012. She was predeceased by her loving husband Victor Nye Koser in 1987. She was born Tuesday, April 7, 1914, in Lancaster County to the late Samuel and Mary (Caslow) Brubaker. Anna attended Bindnagle Lutheran Church in Palmyra. She had a passion for flowers, enjoyed spending time crocheting, and loved cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Philadelphia Phillies. She is survived by two sons, Jere Lee and V. Dean Koser; two daughters, Shirley Wolfgang and husband, Ervin and Carolyn Koons and husband, Robert; seven grandchildren, Linda Wolfgang, Lori Magness, Cindy Eshleman and husband, David, Douglas Koons and wife, Deb, John C. Koser and wife, Michelle, Andrew J. Koser, and Laura Most and husband, Tyler; nine great grandchildren; and siblings, Grace Brubaker, and Mary Jane Davis. In addition to her husband, she is predeceased by a brother, Sam Brubaker. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 16, at 11 a.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 with Reverend Dr. Roger Bucy officiating. Family and friends are invited for viewing from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
