  JONESTOWN Kent Lowell Martin, 70, died Monday, March 26, 2012, at home. 
  
  Kent Lowell Martin, firstborn of Lowell and Helen Martin, born on May 17, 1941 
  in Chicago, IL, grew up in the hills of Bedford County, PA with three 
  brothers: Dean (wife, Sharon; (Dean preceded him in death]), Joel (wife, 
  Helen), and Eric (wife, Lorie).  Kent graduated from Bedford High School, 
  received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University, and obtained 
  his Masters of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary.  He 
  enjoyed being with people, and upon ordination, he found fulfillment 
  ministering in several churches in Bedford County, PA, before serving as 
  pastor of Fontana Christian Fellowship, Lebanon, PA. Under the auspices of 
  Jubilee Ministries, Kent served as Chaplain Coordinator at Lebanon Co. 
  Correctional Facility where he valued the one-on-one mentoring of inmates.  In 
  a miraculous way, God arranged for Kent to marry the love of his life, Carol, 
  and they enjoyed many happy years together. He was her provider, protector, 
  lover, and soul mate. The children, whom he loved dearly: Jill Martin, Leah 
  Martin, and Seth Martin (wife, Ramona), parent three beautiful granddaughters: 
  Zoe, Mia, and Amelie, each one a bundle of joy.  As a young man, Kent 
  personally and deliberately put his trust in Jesus Christ. As a child of God, 
  Kent, at age 70, slipped in the arms of Jesus on March 26, 2012. Life is good, 
  but Heaven is far better! After walking and talking with the King of Kings and 
  Lord of Lords, now he sees Him face to face!  Service times are pending.
