  LEBANON Martin L. "Bill" Mehaffey, Jr., 80, died on Friday, July 20, 2012, at 
  Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born on Friday, August 21, 1931, to Martin L. 
  Mehaffey, Sr. and Ruth Mehaffey nee Frank in Lebanon. He was married for 62 
  years and retired from New Penn. He enjoyed old cars and corvettes and being 
  with his family. He was a caring and good father who will be dearly missed. 
  Surviving are wife, Gertrude Mehaffey nee Kirst; children Martin L. Mehaffey, 
  Judy Mehaffey, James Mehaffey, Jody Dewald, Steve Mehaffey, Joan French; 10 
  grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Tom Mehaffey. He was preceded 
  in death by son, Richard Mehaffey. Burial will be at the convenience of the 
  family. Memorial contributions may be made to Lebanon Valley Health Services, 
  Lebanon, Pa.   Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to serve the family 
  with the arrangements.
