  LEBANON Gerald F. Miller, 86, passed away in the Lebanon VA Medical Center on 
  Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Gerald was the husband of the late Mary Shirey 
  Miller. He was born in Annville, a son of the late Charles Henry and Margaret 
  Theresa Petry Miller. Mr. Miller owned Miller's Sporting Goods, Lebanon in the 
  late 1960's and then went on to work for Matthew and Hockley Surveyors where he 
  retired. He was a member of the Moose and Elks Lodge in Lebanon. Surviving are 
  his daughter, Teresa A. Miller of Palmyra; granddaughter, Tracey M. Long 
  Carullo, wife of Christopher Carullo of Philadelphia; great-grandson, Harrison 
  Fox Carullo; sister, Elaine Zerbe of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. 
  Gerald was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Miller; five brothers, Clyde, 
  Charles, Dale, Carl and Robert; and two sisters, Marguerite Batdorf and Louise 
  Bender. A funeral service will be held in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 
  Cumberland St., Lebanon, on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at 10 a.m. with Rev. 
  Dr. Roger A. Bucy, Visitation Pastor for Salem Lutheran Church officiating. A 
  visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. 
  Contributions in Gerald's memory may be made to the American Heart Association 
  Lebanon Division, Lancaster, Pa.
