Walnut St., died Wednesday March 7, 2012, in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Bruce F. "Pete" Morrow, who died in 1990. Born in Cressona, on April 29, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Clare Berger Uhler. She retired as a branch manager for Sears Roebuck and Company after a successful 30 year career. She was the first woman to sell major appliances for Sears Roebuck and Company. After retirement, she worked at Hershey Park and Giant Center for many years. She currently served as Judge of Elections for the Cleona Borough. Wilma was a 1948 graduate of Lebanon High School and served as co-chair of the reunion committee. In the 1960's, she pioneered a "go green" campaign and was an instrumental member of the Cleona Women's Club, organizing and setting up the Cleona Citizens for recycling along with the Campbell Soup Company. She was an organizer of the Lebanon Mother's March of Dimes Walk, president of the Cleona Parent Teachers Association where, as a member of the Cleona Playground Association, she was instrumental in building the playground behind the elementary school. In the 1970's, Wilma was a member of the Lebanon Business Women's Association, past president of the Lebanon Quota Club, and was involved with Annville-Cleona High School activities while her children were students there. She was a member of the Central Chapter of the PA Sports Hall of Fame, where she served on the Induction Committee, and was a member of the Prayer Breakfast Committee for the Pop Kelchner Award. Wilma was also a member of the Hershey Italian Club, Quentin Riding Club, Hershey Bears Booster Club, and the Friendship Fire Company. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church where she served as past secretary on the Church Council, past chairman of both the Social Ministry and Parish Fellowship, member of the Mary Circle where she served as past leader, and was a direct descendant of Christopher Uhler who built Taber Church. As a volunteer she received an accommodation from the Base Commander for her support of soldiers and their families in Grafenwoehr, Germany. She is survived by four sons, Bruce, husband of Deb Weaver of Fogelsville, Brian L., husband of Sharon Weaver of Lebanon, Jeffrey Collin, husband of Bonnie Morrow of Lebanon, and Kerry Morrow at home; two daughters, Stephanie A., wife of Daniel Wilson of Myerstown, and Jennifer L., wife of Paul Rohler of Garden Ridge, Texas; a brother, William, husband of Anne Uhler of Witchita, Kan.; two sisters, Lois J. Bomberger of Myerstown and Helen C. Leaman of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren, Matt Imboden, Thomas Morrow, Michael Weaver, Christopher Morrow, Jeremy Weaver, Max Wilson, Brian Weaver, and Peter Wilson; and 17 great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. from Salem Lutheran Church, 8th and Willow Sts., Lebanon 17046. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Contributions may be made to Salem Lutheran Church Preservation Fund in her memory.
