Myers, 95, transitioned into eternal life with the Lord on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at the Hostetter House of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra. Born September 27, 1916, in Boalsburg, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Ruth (Wieland) Klinger. With 44 years of service, she retired as the owner and operator of Charlotte's Beauty Shop in Palmyra and Elizabethtown. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Palmyra and Charlie Reeds Senior Sunday School Class, Palmyra Order of the Easter Star #402, Lebanon Valley Brethren Home Auxiliary, and a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. She was a gracious and kind, caring, strong and loving woman who loved each member of her family unconditionally. She was the widow of Walter Myers, Jr. who passed away January 29, 1997, and was also preceded in death by a brother, John W. Klinger. Surviving are her son, W. Terrill Myers of Harrisburg; grandchildren, Jason, C., husband of Tina M. Myers of Orlando, Florida and Janelle D., wife of Charles L. Heller of Harrisburg; great-grandchildren, Brock N. and Autumn V. Myers and Alexis G., Braden L. and Ellie Anne Heller; and brother, Kenneth, husband of Jean Klinger of Palmyra. Order of the Eastern Star service followed by a memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 6, 2012, at the DiMatteo Worship Center of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, 1200 Grubb St., Palmyra. A visitation will be held from 9:30 until the time of the services at the DiMatteo Worship Center. Private interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
